| Eligibility of Consultant
|
1. a minimum number of years of general experience in the supply of Goods shall be 5 (Five) years.
2. The Tenderer shall have successfully completed at least 01 (one) contract with a minimum value of BDT 1,50,00,000.00 (One Crore Fifty Lac) in any Electricity Utility in the last 5 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System, involving Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 33kV or 11kV voltage level electrical equipment in substations with execution of associated civil works including construction/extension of control room or similar structures.
3. Price Schedule for Related Civil Works (Form e-PG3-4D):
The Tenderer shall quote prices for the related civil works in Form e-PG3-4D. The total quoted price for the related civil works shall not be less than twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Tender price. Any Tender quoting less than the specified percentage for related civil works will be considered as non-responsive.
4. Front loading is strictly prohibited. In case of front loading Contractual Security will be increased upto 25%.
5. Tenderer must comply payment terms as mentioned in the uploaded pdf file named "Payment terms & scope of works" in SECTION-6 Drawings. Whatever written about payment terms in SECTION-4 PCC sl no-25.1, actual payment will be according to payment terms mentioned in PCC sl no-21.1 & "Payment terms & scope of works (Section-6 attachment)".

| The Scope of Supply shall be defined in Price Schedule & a file named "Payment terms & scope of works" attached in section-6 (Drawings) | | SCOPE OF WORKS: The scope covered by the Tender “Supply & Installation of electrical goods & related civil works for Horizontal Extension of Goalpara 33/11 KV substation control room and 33 KV PCM panel shifting from Saidpur grid control room” is supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical goods along with related civil works for the horizontal extension of Goalpara 33/11 kV Substation Control Room and shifting of 33 kV PCM Panel from Saidpur Grid Control Room, including all incidental works required to achieve complete and operational Facilities. The scope include design, manufacture, quality assurance, erection, dismantling (where required), inspection & testing, packing for export, insurance & shipment to site, complete construction & installation, jointing, terminating, bonding, earthing, painting, transportation, setting to work, site testing & commissioning of all the equipment necessary for safe operation of the system. Moreover, the existing equipment dismantled from the existing substation shall be handed over and deposited to NESCO's store without any damage as per direction of Project Manager.
| | The detail requirements are listed in the technical specification and Guaranteed Technical particulars (GTP) in the tender document. The contractor shall remedy all defects during the defect liability period (Warranty Period) of the Plant & Equipment as per contract. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that all and any items of work required for the safe, efficient and satisfactory completion and functioning of the Plant & Equipment and services. Moreover, the contractor shall be responsible for Transportation of machineries/ equipment to Project Site including moving the equipment and materials from the designated store to the site shall be done by the contractor as per project manager�¢??s advice and requirement and during the testing, commissioning, functional operation all the consumables goods or any equipment/machineries/materials are required to complete the Plant & Equipment and services shall be the responsibilities of the contractor and all the necessary arrangement for Power, Water, accommodations or any such facilities and tools-tackles and necessary instruments for erection, dismantling, installation, testing and commissioning of the Project Site will be supplied/ arranged by the Contractor within the quoted price. The contractor shall handover all the removed materials/ goods at the place within Layout plan as instructed by the project manager.
| | Note: Tenderers shall quote a contract Price for the Plant & Equipment and services as described in Price Schedule. If the Tenderer deemed necessary any additional Plant & Equipment and services out of the list of tender schedules for completion of the said task and site requirement, contractor shall have to do the additional works. The costs of these additional works are deemed to be included within the quoted price. Tenderer are requested to visit the site to consider all requirements before the submission of the Tender.

A. CIVIL & BUILDING WORKS:
Civil & Building Works will be as per Price Schedule for Related Civil Works (Form e-PG3-4D).
B. SUB-STATION / ELECTRICAL WORKS:
Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation/ Erection, Construction, Testing and Commissioning etc. of the following works are the scope of works:
1) Supply & installation of items described in Price Schedule for Goods (Form e-PG3-4A) & Price Schedule for Related Electrical Works (Form e-PG3-4C)
2) Supply and installation of Emergency lighting.
3) 03 (Three) sets of As-built drawings shall be submitted to the PE. One electronic copy (soft copy in a pendrive, Drawings with AutoCAD format) of all relevant As-built drawings of the installed equipment shall be submitted to the PE.
4) The tenderer must visit the site and assess the works before tender submission.
5) Supply and installation of switching boards to be installed at switchyard for functioning of lights etc.
6) Transportation of all equipment and materials, all installations, connections and testing, commissioning, inspection are within the scope of the tender.
C. Design and Drawings:
1. Single Line Diagram of Control room.
2. Site Layout Plan and arrangement drawings of Sub-station
3. Proposed lay-down area for construction purpose.
4. Detailed soil investigation program where required, soil test report
5. Civil Drawing.
6. All drawings and design (architectural, foundation and superstructure)
7. Installation drawings, lay out, grounding/earthing design, Lightning protection, lay out of
fire protection etc.
8. All detail Specification, GTP, General Arrangement, Electrical, Mechanical,Dimensional,
Cross-Sectional, Connection Drawing for equipment described in Price Schedule.
9. As Built Drawings.
10. Others as required. | | 11. All drawings shall have to be submitted hardcopy, softcopy & AutoCAD softcopy format.
12. Design, drawing diagrams, Specification and Technical Particulars & Guarantees etc., along with Outline, Dimensional, Cross-sectional & General arrangement drawings, Installation diagram, printed catalogue describing the type/ model of offered every equipment shall be submitted to the PE by the contractor.
13. The submitted Design, drawing diagrams, Specification and Technical Particulars & Guarantees etc. must be approved by Design & Inspection, NESCO, Rajshahi prior to the manufacturing of the goods.
14. The contractor shall have to submit 3 (three) sets of the same for Approval within 15 days from the date of signing Contract. The tenderer shall also submit one set reproducible tracing of the above drawings in soft format.
