A) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (five) years. (B) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in the supply of goods of at least one (1) contract completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk. 3.00 (Three lac) only. (C) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the tenderer shall be Taka 4.50 lac in the form of a letter of commitment for bank's undertaking for line of credit ( Form e-PG2-7) without alteration issued not earlier than 28 days of the deadline for submission of Tender only. (D) Up-to-date Trade License, Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance, and VAT Registration Certificate/ BIN Certificate (E) The sample must be approved by the procuring entity before delivery of goods. If the price quotation is inappropriate to the estimated rate, PE can take clarification from the tenderer.
(F) Met all other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender as mentioned in the ITT, GCC & TDS & Tender N.B. PE reserves right to cancel the tender any time without any reason.
