The Tenderer must be a licensed manufacturer, producer, importer, sole agent, or supplier with valid and up-to-date trade license, TIN certificate, income tax clearance, and VAT registration. They must have a minimum working capital or credit facility of Tk 45 lakh. The Tenderer should have at least 5 years of general experience in supplying goods and related services, including at least one similar contract completed within the last 5 years for government, semi-government, autonomous, or international organizations, with a minimum value of Tk 45 lakh. required average turnover at least  of the amount 80 (eighty) lac over the last three years.

1. Supplying different categories food processing machineries and equipment in different Upazilas of SACP-RAINS Project areas.  

2. Machine and equipment of Local Manufactuer (Made in Bangladesh) would be given priority in evaluation.
