(a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 3(three) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper (b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods** of at least 2(two) contract(s) successfully completed similar goods and related services and shall provide 2 (two) nos Satisfactory Performance Certificates from electricity utilities Within the last 5 (five) years from the date of Tender Opening each with a value of at least Tk. 1.2 Crore for this lot. (c) Similar type transformer and at least 1/3 th of the total tendered quantity per month. (d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 100% of the quoted price. (e) The intending Tenderer must have valid updated Trade License (2017-2018), VAT & Income tax clearance certificate (2016-2017). (f) Any conditional tender will be considered as non-responsive.
