Eligibility of Tenderer :	Any/All Tenderers who have registration in e-GP system may participate in the Tender provided they satisfied the criteria as stated in the TDS. (a) Tenderers must upload rate analysis in support of their quoted rates if the total quoted price is more than 5.00% above/less of the engineers estimate. (b) The minimum specific experience of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 24.00 Lac. (c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 36.00 Lac over the last 5 years. Year wise Turn over calculation sheet must be submitted. (d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 18.00 Lac. (e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 25.00 Lac Tenderer must submit list of ongoing/work in hand.
