Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. Tenderer shall have an updated Trade License; Tax Identification Number (TIN), updated Tax paying certificate, and VAT registration certificate; 2. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (three) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services as supplier; 3. The minimum specific experience as a supplier in supply of similar Goods at least one (1) contract completed within the last 3 (three) years with a value of Tk. 1,50,000.00 (One Lakh Fifty Thousand Taka only); 4. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be BDT Tk. 2,10,000.00 (Two Lakh Ten Thousand Taka only); 5. Tenderer shall have printing press; 6. Any other document as specified in the TDS.
