Eligibility of Tenderer :	Qualifications: Describe as tender document TDS & PCC (i) Supplier shall have a minimum five (5) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services. (ii) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods(Supply of Duck/Poultry/Animal feed) of minimum BDT 40,00,000.00 [Forty Lakh only] under public sector maximum 01 [One] contracts in the last three [3] of years. (iii) Supplier must submitted the minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Supply of Duck/Poultry/Animal feed) of at maximum 01 [One] contract(s) successfully completed within the last [3] years with a value of at least Tk.40,00,000.00 [Forty Lakh only] with e-GP Tender ID & NOA copy or Manual work order, otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non–Responsive. (iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets is Tk. 44,00,000.00 (Forty lakh] only. Special Instruction: (i) Supplier should have Updated Trade license, VAT certificate with BIN, Income Tax Certificate (2025-2026) etc. (ii) Supplier should confirm after sale servises, warranty certificate and should submitted the manufacturer must have to have Five (5) years’ experience for Duck/Poultry pellet feed production with ISO/BSTI Certificate and category-1 (Feed mill) license from Department of Livestock Service (DLS) i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non-Responsive
