a) Any e-GP registered Tenderers of Bangladesh fulfill the criteria mentioned As Per ITT & TDS are eligible to participate in the Procurement Process.
b) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05(Five)years of general experience in building Construction works.
c) Having experience in successful completion of at least one number of similar nature building construction works not less than Tk.150.00 lac only in a single tender in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the news paper.
d) The Tenderer must have a minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk.250.00 Lac over the last 5 (five) years (within FY- 2012-13 to 2016-17).
e)The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amount in Tk.50.00 (Fifty Lac) lac in the form of ePW3-7 mentioning the name of the work, supported by Bank certificate (Original copy only) Bank statement period should be counting 21 (twenty one) days prior submission of tender . Credit lines facilities certificate must have to submit as per ePW3-7 formatte.
f)The tenderer must possess : i) up to date income tax clearance certificate(12-digit), valid VAT Registration ,Up to date trade license certificate., National ID
