Eligibility of Tenderer :	ITT 43.3: Tenders having quoted the offer in percentage is more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated of the proposed works, shall be rejected. Only eligible tenderers with the following key qualifications may participate in this tender. (a) Tenders from all eligible countries. b) A Satisfactory Completion of Similar works of at least Tk. 10.00 (Ten)Lac under Summation of max. 4 (four) numbers of contracts over a period of last (ten) 10 years (c) The required average annual construction turnover (only public fund) shall be greater than Tk. 18.00(Eighteen) Lac over the best 5(five) years over the last 10 (Ten) years. (d) The minimum amount of liquid assets ie banking instrument or working capital or credit facilities of credit line of the tenderer shall be Tk 5.00 (five) lac - Banking instrument, statement of credit facilities and Credit line issued not earlier then 28 (twenty eight) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of tenders form this contract. (e) Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents: (i) In case of multiple numbers of contractual commitments, a written testimony by the tenderer that demonstrates that the tenderer have resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts/contractual commitments
