Eligible contractors shall have:

1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (One) contract of building construction or similar works with a value of at least BDT 11.00 (Eleven) Lacs only successfully completed in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
3. The required minimum average annual construction turnover shall be BDT 14.50 (Fourteen Point Five Zero) Lacs in the best 03 (Three) years over the last 05 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e- GP Portal.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them in prescribed format, of the Tenderer shall be BDT 18.00 (Eighteen) Lacs Only.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 12.50 (Twelve Point Five Zero) Lacs Only.
6. The Tenderer shall submit updated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and other necessary documents.
7. Tenderers are encouraged to visit the relevant work site and submit a complete site visit report, duly authenticated by the Engineer-in-Charge not below the rank of SDE, herewith.
8. Tenderer are requested to go through all instructions in TDS & PCC.

Repair and renovation works of painting, partition works for room formation at different levels with other ancillary works at Room no-302, 312 and 711 of Building no-11 in Bangladesh Secretariat, Dhaka.
