1. Tendered must be registered in e-GP system through CPTU, IMED. 2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 3.00 lac (Taka three lac) only in a single contract over a period of last 03 (three) years shall be required. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 4.00 lac (Taka four lac only) over the period of last 03 (three) years [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]. 4. The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 3.75 lac (Taka three point seven five lac) 5. The minimum amount of liquid asset of working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 2.00 lac (Taka two lac) only. In case of Line of credit from the bank, (form No. PW2a-3 attached in section-7) specific package number and name of the work must be mentioned in the certificate and also have to be issued after publication of the tender.
6. Tender security will be submitted in the form of Pay order or Demand Draft from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in favour of Deputy Director, Dhaka Regional Accounting Center, BWDB, Dhaka will be allowed. 7. Payment will be made after availability of fund. 8. If the quoted amount by tenderer is more than the 10% above or less than the 10% below than the official estimated cost, the submitted tender will be treated as non-responsive.
