1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in construction works which includes installation of Air Cooler and Multimedia & sound System works with a value of at least Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) lac in a single contract successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 55.00 (Fifty Five) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concern PE is required.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/credit facilities (in the PW2A-8 Form Published by BPPA) of Tk. 40.00 (Forty) Lac.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall have Tk. 55.00 (Fifty Five) lac.
6. The required audit reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheet shall be for the past 01 years.
7. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, up to-date trade license, & return slip of Assessment year, electrical contractor license mentioned in TDS.
8. VAT shall be deducted from the contractor's bill using the current NBR rate.
9. All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
