The tenderer must submit the following documents 1.Valid Trade License 2. Up to date Income Tax Certificate with TIN 3. VAT Registration Certificate with BIN 4. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction work/civil maintenance work as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 3.00 [three] years.
5. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction work under public sector of at least1 [single] contract of [Civil Construction] /[civil maintenance work]successfully completed within the last 5.00 [five] years, with a value of at least Tk.15.00 lac [fifteen lac] .
