1. Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in construction works.
2. The Minimum experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar nature work of Tk. 50.00 (fifty) lac in a single contract within last 5 (five) years in any Government/ Semi- Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 50.00 (fifty) lac during last 5 (five) financial years. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 25.00 (twenty five) lac. Documentary evidence submitted along with the tender must be issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form of Tender and Contract forms section must be submitted for this purpose.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 45.00 (forty five) lac.
6. The Tenderer must possess Up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration certificate and Income Tax clearance certificate from Government of Bangladesh.
7. VAT and Income Tax will be deducted as per latest government instructions.
