Eligibility of Tenderer :	The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below: Up to date valid trade license, up to date Tax Identification (TIN) Certificate, Vat certificate & Bank solvency certificate. Tenderer must have at least 01 (One) tyre supply as specific experience of minimum 2,00000.00 (Two Lac taka) only otherwise Tenderer will be non-responsive. Minimum amount of liquid asset Tk. 2,00000.00 (Two Lac taka) only. If Any tenderer/supplier have the history of being defaulter in supplying goods in time within the last five years will be treated as non-responsive. Tenderer must have minimum 3 (three) years of experience. Tenderer must submit supply items new, unused & genuine certificate. Tenderer must submit one-year warranty certificate. Tenderer must submit Catalogue for the tyre. Tenderer must submit Manufacturer/dealers Authorization certificate. Tenderer must submit End user certificate as a proof of good supply experiences. Manufacturing Date of tyre must be in 2025-26. Tenders must fulfill the other requirements of TDS & PCC. The procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject all tenders.
