Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The Minimum number of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 (Five) Years. 2. The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk-70.000 Lakh in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (successfully completed) within last 05 (five) Years. 3. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk-100.000 Lakh over the last 05 (five)(100*5=500 lakh) Years, (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date). 4. Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK -40.000 lakh. acceptable in the form of e-PW2A-8 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. 5. Income tax clearance certificate upto date & VAT registration certificate (13 Digit). & Tenderer must have valid Trade License Up to Date Satisfying other Criterions laid down in the TDS. 6.Contractors who have not yet completed the work of code 7016-SHED and have left the work without any reason are asked to desist from participating in the tender. And even if they participate, they will be considered void. Note: A Conctractor whose previous work is not satisfactory and also does not complete any work within stipulated time then the tenderer participating in this tender will be non-responsive. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2025 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
