a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as prime contractors or sub-contractor or management contractor shall be 5 (five) years. Year counting backward from the publication of IFT in e-GP portal.
(b) Specific Experience:
Must have successful completion of at least 1(one) number of work having same nature and complexity under any Government / semi Government / Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh during the last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting TK 7.00 lac, in a single contract. Year counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal.
(c)The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 13.00 lac over the last 5 years .
(d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 13.00 lac.Must be submitted according to ITT Clause No 31.1(d). .

(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: TK 8.00 Lac.

(f) The tenderer must posses: i) Up to date trade license. ii) Valid VAT registration certificate. iii) Up to date income tax clearance certificate iv) Up to date ABC/BC category contractory and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB..

(g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in TDS and PCC of tender document.

(h) VAT and IT shall be deducted from each bill payment as per the latest NBR instructions.
