As per TDS and
1. Tenderer Must submit Written confirmation authorizing the signatory (Authorization Letter) of the Tender at his/her own firm's pad mentioning tender ID, work's name.
2. If any same certificate found in twice or more in the scrutinizing of the tender evaluation process, the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
3. Only copy of Completion Certificate as prescribed format supported by work order will be considered for evaluation.
4. For submission of any false/fake certificate, he/his firm may be penalized according to PPA & PPR-2025 Rule-127(1,2,3).
5. If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstruction practices of any kind is determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of Standard Tender Document.
6. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2025 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
7. Tenderer Must submit Rate analysis of his/her quoted rate.without submission of rate analysis the tenderer consider as non responsive.
