Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	(a) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in operation and maintenance of the lift. (b) The Tenderer shall be the local sole agent/distributor of the lift (Otis Brand) manufacturer and must submit the supporting documents with authorization letter from manufacturer. (c) Certificate from the original manufacturer ensuring availability of spare parts of the lift (Otis Brand) for the next 01 (one) year shall be submitted. (d) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (one) contract(s) of in operation and maintenance of the lifts successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 5.50 Lac. (e) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 8.00 (Eight) lac over the last 05 (five) financial years. (f) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 8.00 (Eight) Lac (Must be in the form e-PW2A-8) in original form). (g) The minimum capacity shall be: 5.50 Lac. (h) Valid upto date Trade License , Income Tax Clearance and BIN Certificate. (i) Up-to date ABC category contractor & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
