Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	The Tenderer shall be a citizen of Bangladesh or a firm/company registered in Bangladesh. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of one (1) year of general experience in providing loading, unloading, labor supply or similar handling services, counting backward from the date of publication of the Invitation for Tender (IFT). The Tenderer shall have successfully completed at least one (1) similar contract of loading/unloading or labor supply services within the last three (3) years. The Tenderer shall possess: Valid Trade License (updated) Valid VAT Registration Certificate (BIN) Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate (Assessment Year 2024–2025) The Tenderer shall have sufficient manpower capacity to perform the services as required during the contract period. The Tenderer shall not be under any declaration of ineligibility for corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices as per PPR 2025.
