Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor, Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. 2. The minimum specific experience as Prime Contractor, Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) number of building construction with pile foundation including civil, sanitary and internal electrification works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 750.00 (Seven Hundred & Fifty) Lac in a single contract under public sector of Bangladesh. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1250.00 (Twelve Hundred & Fifty) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annualconstruction turnover. 4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/working capital/credit facilities (in the e-PW3-8 form without any alteration) Tk. 310.00 (Three Hundred & Ten) Lac. 5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 900.00 (Nine Hundred) Lac. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments). 6. In case of JVCA, the minimum qualification requirements of Leading Partner, other Partner(s) and requirements by summation of a JVCA shall meet as described in ITT and in TDS. Also, it should be in the format e-PW3-B or schedule-12 of PPR 2025. 7. Up-to-date valid ABC category Contractor and Electrical Supervisory License. 8. The intending Tenderer must enclose valid VAT & TIN registration certificate, Up-to-date Trade license and Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate. All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender documents must be fulfilled.
