Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	The Tenderer shall have a minimum of five (05) years of general experience in electro-mechanical works. The Tenderer shall have successfully completed at least one (01) contract of a similar nature involving supply & installation of air-conditioner and CCTV system along with related electrical works, within the last five (05) years with a value of at least BDT 18.00 Lac and be completed under any Public Sector in Bangladesh (years shall be counted backward from the date of publication of the IFT in the e-GP System). The relevant work completion certificate shall be submitted in Form A (attached General Specifications section) as follows: For work done under PWD, the certifying authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. For work done under any Public Sector entity other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of PWD and the certificate shall be duly verified by the concerned jurisdiction's Executive Engineer of PWD. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be not less than BDT 19.00 Lac over the last five (05) years. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of BDT 17.00 Lac in Liquid Assets, Working Capital or Credit Facilities. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be BDT 18.00 Lac. other documents in support of specifications and compliance shall be submitted as per ITT & TDS.
