1. The tenderer must have general experience in goods supply or goods related service.
2. The tenderer must have experience in similar supply work under government/semi-government/autonomous bodies.
3. The tenderer must have required liquid assets.
4. Valid Trade License, Income Tax Clearance, and VAT Registration are mandatory.
5. Prices must be consistent with the market rate and remain fixed despite market fluctuations.
6. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender; lowest bid is not obligatory.
7. The tenderer must submit a Declaration of Non-Blacklisting.
8. Other terms and conditions will be as per TDS (Tender Data Sheet).
9. The contractor must own registered trucks/covered vans or have a valid transport agreement in Noakhali.
10. The contractor must provide required laborers for loading and unloading at their own cost.

Annual Work for Loading, Unloading, and Transportation of Rice and Wheat (including Atta from mill) from any Government Food Warehouse within the District to Ration Store, Police Lines for the FY 2026-2027.
