Brief Description of assignment :	Supply of manpower for Ships Database Management and Capacity Building Project (SDMCP).
Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required :	1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years. Trade licence/Incorparation certificate will be considered as experience. 2.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Service of at least one (01) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of three (3) years each with a value of at least of Tk 300000.00 (Three lac) taka per year single Contract in any Goverment, Semi-Government, Autonomous Body and reputed Private Organization. for providing Service will be treated as similar nature. 3.The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 300000.00 (Three lac)) for last three years. must submit the Propietor/company bank statement. 4.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2,00,000.00 ( Two lac)
