1. The minimum number of years of general experience of The Tenderer or all partners in case of JVCA (Joint Venture, Consortium or Association) in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Service Provider/ Sub Contractor shall be 03 years;

The minimum specific experience as a Service Provider as (Prime or Sub Contractor) in providing physical service of at least ONE contract of similar nature and complexity completed within a period of last 05 (Five) years with aggregated value of at least BDT 1,95,00,000/- (One Crore Ninety Five Lakh Taka) shall be required. Here similar nature and complexity means inclusion of all of the following services in a single contract: meter reading and bill distribution, but not limited thereto, in any electricity distribution utility in Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of BDT 96,00,000/- (Ninety Six Lakh Taka) over the last three financial years.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 40,00,000/- (Forty Lakh Taka).
5. Any Tenderer can participate in maximum 02 (Two) nos. of 15 invited tenders in e-GP for procurement of Commercial Support Service (CSS) for 15 Nos of NOCS of DPDC having e-GP Tender IDs: 1305094, 1299796, 1299795, 1299797, 1299798, 1299799,1299800, 1299801, 1299802, 1299803, 1299804, 1299805, 1299806, 1299807, 1305137. But any tenderer or any partner of a JVCA performing as Incumbent CSS Service Provider for a NOCS shall not be eligible to submit tender for that particular NOCS individually or forming a JVCA.

11.3 “CSS Tenders” mentioned in this tender, refers to the 15 (Fifteen) invited e-GP tenders, including this tender, for the Procurement of Commercial Support Service (CSS) for 15 Nos. of NOCS of DPDC, namely: Adabor (TID-1305094), Banasree (TID-1299796), Bangshal (TID-1299795), Demra (TID-1299797), Fatulla (TID-1299798), Jurain (TID-1299799), Kakrail (TID-1299800), Maniknagar (TID-1299801), Matuail (TID-1299802), Mogbazar (TID-1299803), Narayanganj (East) (TID-1299804), Narayanganj (West) (TID-1299805), Postogola (TID-1299806), Shitalakhya (TID-1299807) and Siddhirganj (TID-1305137).

11.4 Any Tenderer may participate in maximum 02 CSS Tenders of the 15 CSS Tenders. But Any tenderer or any partner of a JVCA performing as Incumbent CSS Service Provider for a NOCS shall not be eligible to submit tender for that particular NOCS individually or forming a JVCA. However, the tenderer will be considered for awarding Contract for a single CSS Tender only.

11.3 “CSS Tenders” mentioned in this tender, refers to the 15 (Fifteen) invited e-GP tenders, including this tender, for the Procurement of Commercial Support Service (CSS) for 15 Nos. of NOCS of DPDC, namely: Adabor (TID-1305094), Banasree (TID-1299796), Bangshal (TID-1299795), Demra (TID-1299797), Fatulla (TID-1299798), Jurain (TID-1299799), Kakrail (TID-1299800), Maniknagar (TID-1299801), Matuail (TID-1299802), Mogbazar (TID-1299803), Narayanganj (East) (TID-1299804), Narayanganj (West) (TID-1299805), Postogola (TID-1299806), Shitalakhya (TID-1299807) and Siddhirganj (TID-1305137).

11.4 Any Tenderer may participate in maximum 04 CSS Tenders of the 15 CSS Tenders. But Any tenderer or any partner of a JVCA performing as Incumbent CSS Service Provider for a NOCS shall not be eligible to submit tender for that particular NOCS individually or forming a JVCA. Specific experience in providing Physical Services shall be substantiated by Completion Certificate (s) issued by end user. For the applicable cases, Specific Experience of Tenderer shall be considered based on business Share (%) of that contract(s) and JVCA Agreement should be included with Documents related to Specific Experience.
In case of JVCA, all partners must individually comply requirements of ITT Clause 16.2 in TDS.

If the concerned contract includes any supply of goods, then the amount against the supply of goods will not be considered for the purpose of assessment of contract value of Specific Experience. In this case, Bill of Quantities (BoQ) shall also be submitted along with Specific Experience Certificate.  
Here, Sub Contractor means Nominated/ formally recognised Sub-contractor by the Procuring Entity in the corresponding contract.
Specific experience in providing Physical Services shall be substantiated by Completion Certificate (s) issued by end user. For the applicable cases, Specific Experience of Tenderer shall be considered based on business Share (%) of that contract(s) and JVCA Agreement should be included with Documents related to Specific Experience.
