Experience, Resources and
delivery capacity required :
The service provider should have:
Minimum experience in vehicle hiring/rental service operations.
Valid trade license, tax identification number (TIN), VAT registration, and other required legal documents.
Well-maintained vehicle(s) with valid registration, route permit, fitness certificate, insurance, and updated tax token.
Experienced and licensed driver(s) with good knowledge of road safety and local routes.
Capacity to provide timely replacement vehicle/driver in case of breakdown or emergency.
Adequate operational and maintenance support to ensure continuous service delivery throughout the contract period.
Ability to maintain punctuality, safety, and quality service as per project requirements
