a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPA, 2006 and PPR, 2025 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per Standard Tender Document (STD):
(1). The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 years.

(2).The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01(one) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05(five) years, each with a value of at least Tk.27000/-(Taka Twenty-seven thousand only) [The Tenderer will submit the copy of work order/contract deed along with the experience certificate years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.]
(3) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset and working capital and credit line(s) and specific credit commitment (Form PG2-7) Certificate must be issued between in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be is Tk 33000/- (Taka Thirty-three thousand only) publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system].
(4). Up-to-date Valid Trade License as Supplier;
(5). Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate ; (2025-2026 or 2026-2027)
(6). The tenderer must submit TIN certificate
(7). e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(8). Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if bidder is supplier) [When applicable];
(9).Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company)
