b) The minimum specific experience as a Supplier in the supply of similar goods of Furniture at least 1 (One) contract satisfactorily and substantially completed within the last 5 (Five) years, where the completed value of the tenderer’s participation is at least BDT 80,000,000.00 (Eighty lakh) under a single contract. [Years shall be counted backward from the IFT publication date in the e-GP website].

For the purpose of a similar nature and complexity, the above contract shall include supply of Furniture and Electric goods satisfactorily and substantially completed.

The tenderer shall submit with the tender an attested copy of the above-mentioned supplier certificate issued by the concerned Project Director/PE. The supply experience certificate shall be issued as per the form attached in Section 6.5: Appendix E: Completion Certificate.
NOTE:
1. In case the past experience was accomplished through a Joint Venture (JV), Tenderer shall provide detailed information on each of the JV members’ performed activities as required in the form of the template “Details of Works Completed“ provided in Section-6.6: Appendix F: Form JV past similar experiences to establish the value of works performed as partners mentioned above. If no such information is provided, the percent share of business mentioned in the past JV agreement and contract agreement (submitted along with the Tender) will be taken into account to determine the specific experience of the Tenderer.
