Eligibility of Tenderer :
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of
03 (Three) years
of general experience in construction works.
The Tenderer must have successfully completed at least
01 (One) Civil Work
valued at
not less than Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) lakh
under a single contract during the
last 05 (Five) years
in any Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Organization. The work completion certificate must be issued by an officer
not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent
of the concerned Department/Organization.
The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover of
Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) lakh
, calculated over the
best 03 (Three) years
during the
last 05 (Five) years
. Relevant work completion certificates shall be enclosed with the Tender.
The minimum required
liquid assets
shall be
Tk. 25.00 (Twenty-Five) lakh
.
The minimum
Tender Capacity
shall be
Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) lakh
.
Tenderers who have been
blacklisted or debarred
by any Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Organization shall be ineligible to participate in this Tender.
The Tenderer must possess valid and up-to-date: Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, and VAT Registration Certificate.
In case of any discrepancy arising from printing errors or any other reason, the provisions of the
Public Procurement Rules (PPR)-2025
, including all amendments thereto, shall prevail.
The Tenderer shall comply with all other requirements and submit the documents specified in the
Tender Data Sheet (TDS)
of the Tender Document.
