a) The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 years of general experience.
b) Tenderers shall have minimum specific experience as a Service provider (Prime or Sub Contractor) in providing Physical Service of at least ONE contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies over a period of 5 (five) years with a value of at least of Tk 23.00 lakh shall be required.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be minimum Tk 7.50 lakh over the last 05 years which will be based on work completion certificates. All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 5.00 lakh. Credit facilities should be submitted as per prescribed format attached in Section 5: Tender and Contract Forms.
e) Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt/ Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
f) Up-to-date trade license, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Undertaking in prescribed format relating to black listing/debarment in any Govt./semi-Govt/Autonomous body.
g) Manufacture’s authorization letter for Simplex brand fire alarm products for existing firefighting system.
h) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
i) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act- 2006 and PPR-2025.
