The tenderer submit assurance Certificate of Supplying all necessary spare parts for maintaining of (According to the supplier's brand) 5. The tenderer must submit a Experience Certificate of Servicing & maintenance of minimum 02 Nos lift for 05 years from an Officer not below the rank of an Executive Engineer. 6. .The tenderer submit Certificate for the AC compatible with local weather and environment. 7. Approach and methodology of work. 8. Site visit declaration. 9.Work program in bar chart and network diagram of the principal activities including critical path method. 10. Authorization letter from bidder/Company/Firm for the Signatory in the latter head pad with full name, signature & seal. 11. Articles of Incorporation or Registration certificate of firm/ Ltd.
