Eligibility of Consultant :	The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the Following documents: Up-to-date, valid trade license. VAT registration certificate. Latest income Tax certificate. According to Rule 7 of the Bangladesh Labour Rules, 2015, service-providing contracting firms must have valid registration and a renewed license. Bank Solvency with Last three month statement. Affidavit Certificate. Minimum 03 years’ experience in supplying similar kinds of works. Copy of National ID. In addition to the above-mentioned terms and conditions, all necessary rules related to public interest as per PPR-2025 shall be applicable.
Brief Description of assignment :	Outsourcing Economic Code-3211131
Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required :	Minimum 03 years’ experience in supplying similar kinds of works. In the case of outsourcing manpower supply, it must include a certificate provided by the Joint Stock Company along with audit reports for the last 3 (three) years.
