Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Consultant :	The firm must provide comprehensive proof that they have solid technical background and operational strength to undertake the type of assignments mentioned in the description of the assignment and take this work forward without any hindrance. Firm must also have adequate technical ability, resources and process. As such the following are defined as the minimum eligibility criteria: Must have valid up to date trade license, VAT, TIN certificate and income tax clearance certificate for assessment year (2025-2026). Must have valid BASIS membership certificate Must have ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018, ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Certifications. Brochures of the firm and areas of expertise Availability of adequate qualified human resources in different state of the art technologies to carry out the assignment (academic qualification) Bank Solvency Certificate Audit reports of last 3 years having average annual turnover of minimum BDT 5.00 crore from software services. Brief understanding of scope and methodology for carrying out the assignment
Brief Description of assignment :	The Services include but not limited to. A) Enhancements to existing modules and functions based on agreed business processes. B) Development of new modules, functions, and processes. C) Deployment of services using Azure DevOps, adhering to industry best practices. D) Installation, hosting, and maintenance of the system in primary and mirror data centers, according to a Service Level Agreement (SLA) and regularly updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). E) Operation and management of an 8/5 helpdesk/call center for ECPS support. F) Ensuring system security throughout the development lifecycle and maintenance period. Other implementation tasks to effectively sustain and improve ECPS development and implementation.
Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required :	Must have a minimum 15 years’ experience in design, development, delivery, installation, integration, migration, upgradation, maintenance and support of software as a registered company/entity in Bangladesh. Provide List of experience of the firm in software Provide experience in large scale data migration, application integration with payment platform and SMS gateway, mobile application, data analytics and business intelligence (BI) Should have experience in developing and maintenance of Software application and solutions for government/autonomous organizations. Experience of developing software on microservice architecture by following BNDA standard to make interoperable with others entities. Experience in Public Cloud/On Premise Data Center Infrastructure and hosting services. Shall have at least two experiences of operation and maintenance of software and services with minimum contract value BDT 10.00 crore each of software within the last 5 years for government/autonomous organizations.
