Tenderer should have valid Trade license, VAT certificate, TIN certificate etc The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 03 years, with a value of at least Tk.7,50,000.00 i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 10,00,000.00

It is hereby notified to all concerned that the following amendments shall be made to the Tender Document:
1. Revised Schedule:
The Unit and Quantity of the items under the Price Schedule shall be revised as per the attached Revised Price Schedule. Tenderers are requested to quote their Unit Price against the respective items accordingly.
2. Completion/Framework Agreement Period:
The Completion/Framework Agreement Period shall remain valid from the date of signing/effective date of the Framework Agreement up to 30 June 2027.
3. Call-off Order:
The supplies shall be made in installments, as and when required, against Call-off Orders issued by the Procuring Entity during the validity period of the Framework Agreement.
All other terms and conditions of the Tender shall remain unchanged.
