Eligibility of Tenderer :	Valid trade license (up to date). Valid tax clearance certificate (Up to date). Valid VAT & TIN certificate. Up to date ABC/BC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. Certificate of specific work experience obtained from organization other than EED should be authenticated by the Executive Engineer (Electrical) of EED after varified by respective organization. Valid Manufacturer’s Authorization letter of the proposed brand of lift Manufacturing Company. Valid agency ship certificate of the proposed brand of lift Manufacturing Company. Tenderer must satisfy the criteria of the technical specifications terms and condition of the proposed lift which are attached on Section No. 6 in this tender STD/E-TD. Valid documents in reply of any other terms and conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC of this tender. Tenderers shall satisfy the other criterion laid down in TDS, G.C.C, PCC & ITT. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per STD, PPA-2026, PPR-2025 and its all latest amendments and no claim in this regards will be entertained. The Procuring Entity shall reserves the right to change or modify or cancel in this tender.
