A master's degree in Social Science(s), Statistics, Economics, Development studies, Public Policy or a related field. Equivalent combination of bachelor's degree in the above areas with relevant work experience in research works will be considered.

The Scope of Services of the Consultant includes, but not limited to, (a) Research and data analysis; (b) Project monitoring and evaluation; (c) Documentation and reporting; (d) Policy and technical support; (e) Coordination and Capacity Building; (f) Technical Advice to PD; and (g) Miscellaneous

Experience, Resources and
delivery capacity required : |
(a) Minimum 7 years of experience in research, monitoring and evaluation, or data analysis, preferably in development or humanitarian projects; (b) Experience conducting field research, data collection, and analysis using tools such as SPSS, STATA, R, or similar software, (c) Prior experience working on large-scale projects funded by international donors (e.g., World Bank, UN agencies) is preferred; (d) Excellent research and analytical skills in both qualitative and quantitative research; (e) Proficiency in data collection and research tools (e.g.. Kobo Toolbox, ODK, or similar platforms); (f) Knowledge in Accounting, Economics or Finance.
