a. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).

b. The Tender security must be enclosed in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft duly pledged in favor of the Registrar, Patuakhali Science & Technology University (PSTU), Dumki, Patuakhali, from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.

c. Tenderer must have a completion certificate supported by the NOA/Work Order and Contact Aggrement of successful completion of at least 01(One) package of Supply and Installation of Laboratory Equipment of value tk.60.00 lakhs in Government/Semi-Government organization/ Autonomous body as a Supplier within last 05 (Five) Years. Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system.

i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.

ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of the district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.

d. The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. 70.00 Lakhs

e. For submission of any false/fake certificate , he/his firm may be penalized according to PPA & PPR 127(1,2,3)

f. If the Tenderer does not Manufacture or Produce the goods it offer to supply, must submit Manufacture's Authorization Letter (Form e-PG3-5).
