01. Certificate of Incorporation, VAT Certificate, TIN Certificate, Up-to-date Trade license.
02. End User certificate (s) from electricity utility to satisfy ITT Clause 15.1(b).
03. Name of the Manufacturer, Certificate of the country of Origin of the offered equipment / items.
04. Warranty Certificate from Tenderer and Manufacturer (Note:The period of validity of the Warranty shall be (18 Months) days from last R&I issuing date. R&I shall be issued by PE.
05. List of Goods and Delivery schedule as stated in Price Schedule.
06. Manufacturer’s Printed Catalogue describing specification and detail technical data of offered type Equipment.
07. Outline drawings of offered equipment.
08. Detail description of testing facilities at manufacturer’s plant including calibration certificates of testing equipment.
09. Manufacturer’s valid ISO 9001 Certificate.
10. The Tenderer and Manufacturer must complete the Guaranteed Technical Particulars (GTP) attached in section 6 (Drawings) with specific data of the offered type equipment , otherwise the tender will not be considered. The Guaranteed Technical Particulars (GTP) attached in section 6 (Drawings) must be submitted with the signatures and seals of both the Tenderer and the Manufacturer, and accompanied by an authorization letter on the letterhead of the Manufacturer, or the tender will be treated as non-responsive.
11. At least 01 (One) no. of Manufacturer’s Supply Experience from Electricity Utility for  offered/higher ampere rating of same voltage class CT within the last 7 (Seven) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The Supply experience covering at least 25% of the tendered quantity in a single contract will be considered only.

12. At least 01 (One) no. of Manufacturer’s Satisfactory Performance Certificates (supported by the supply record) from Electricity Utility as End User depicting that offered/higher ampere rating of same voltage class CT has been supplied within last 07 (Seven) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System and has been in satisfactorily service for at least 01 (One) Year. The Satisfactory Performance Certificate (SPC) shall be in End User’s official pad and shall contain end-user’s full mailing address, e-mail address, website address and fax / telephone number for the convenience of authentication.

a. A manufacturer whose CT has been rejected by NESCO at any stage—whether during Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) or Post-Landing Inspection (PLI)—within the last 3 (three) years, shall be considered non-responsive for this tender

b. Electricity Utility means an organization/company that engages in electricity generation/ transmission / distribution of electricity for sale in a regulated market.

13. Type Test Certificates & Reports: As per Section 6 specified in Tecnical Specification.

Note: If required, Purchaser will authenticate Type Test Certificates & Reports from the Certificates & Reports issuing laboratory. The certificates and Reports shall contain laboratory’s full mailing address, e-mail address, website address and fax/telephone number for the convenience of authentication. If these information are not mentioned in the Certificates & Reports, all these information should be mentioned in the Letter head pad of the manufacturer duly seal & signed by the manufacturer representative. The tenderer will bear all cost of test report authentication.
