1. Updated copy of valid trade license. 2. Updated income tax clearance certificate & E-tin certificate. 3. Updated vat registration certificate. 4. A latest certified copy of bank solvency certificate & detail bank statement. 5. A certificate of ownership of the company. 6. Citizenship certificate & national identity card copy. 7. Similar work experience certificate with police last three work in three years. 8. The contractor must supply the ground wheat in Transparent Packet.
9. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 3 years.
10. The contractor must sign a contract with wheat ground company and must submit the contract paper with wheat grounding company to procurement authority.
The contractor must supply the ground wheat in Transparent 5kg and 2kg Packet.
