Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The Tenderer must be an Authorized Distributor/dealer or Agent of the goods (Fire Extinguisher) manufacturer. 2. Supplier having valid BSTI/BCSIR License. 3. The Supplier must have minimum 03 (Three) years of general experience. 4. Supplier must have submitted Chemical Test Report by BSTI/BCSIR. 5. Must have a valid Trade license, Tax Identification Number (TIN), and VAT registration number. 6. Valid Licence of Fire Service and Civil Defense. 7. Specific Experience: At least 01 (one) contract amounting to Tk. 4,00,000.00 (Four Lac) had been completed successfully supplying of similar goods in the last 03 (Three) years in government/ semi-government/ public or autonomous body/ state-owned organization/ Foreign agency work in Bangladesh. 7.The Tenderer shall have the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or Credit line(s), net, or other contractual is Tk.6,00,000.00 (Six Lac). 8. Other conditions stipulated in the Tender Document.
