1. The Tenderer should have a valid Trade License, TIN with last Financial year tax return acknowledgment slip, 13 Digit BIN, and as per the current VAT Act., Income tax return Acknowledgement slip of last Financial Year.
2. The Tenderer shall have specific experience for the supply of similar goods of minimum BDT16,00,000.00 (Sixteen Lac) under single contract in the last 3 (Three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.Only the Supply of Acid will be treated as similar Goods.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk.22,00,000.00 (Twenty-Two Lac).
4. The tenderer has to supply acid by lorry tanker and unload the goods at their own cost. 
5. Interested tenderers are requested to visit the plant site to see the facility for unloading.

Note: VAT and AIT will be deducted at source during payment at the rate of the latest circular of NBR. So tenderers are advised to quote considering the VAT and AIT accordingly.
