1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 03 years ; years counting backward from the date of publication.

2. The minimum specific experience in same nature works of at least 01 number contract(s) of successfully completed  within the last 03 years any government / Semi government / Autonomous organization, each with a value of at least Tk. 33 Lac ; years counting backward from the date of publication.

3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 33 Lac over the last 03 years with audit report document /payment certificate; years counting backward from the date of publication.

4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the  Tenderer shall be Tk. 12 Lac.

5. The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. 32 Lac; the following formula shall be used to calculate the Tender capacity.
