Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below: 1. The minimum of years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of Goods & related services as supplier shall be 05 (Five) years. 2. Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Lift in a single contract with a minimum value of Taka 300.00 (Three Hundred) lac under public sector/private organization within last 05 (Five) years from the date of IFT. 3. The minimum amount of liquid assets of the tenderer shall be Taka 420.00 (Four Hundred & Twenty) lac in the form of a letter of commitment for bank's undertaking for line of credit (Form e-PG3-8) without alteration issued in between IFT publication date and opening date. 4. Manufacturer’s Authorization letter (e-PG3-6) from Lift Manufacturer shall be submitted. 5. Sole Agent/Distributorship Certificate from the Lift Manufacturer shall be submitted. 6. Technical Proposal & Marked Catalogue sealed & signed by the Manufacturer Company shall be submitted. 7. Terms & Conditions of Lift must be fulfilled. 8. Assurance certificate for after sales service from the Manufacturer/Authorized Distributor. 9. Assurance certificate for supplying of spare parts for minimum five years from the Manufacturer/Authorized Distributor. 10. Valid up to date IRC (Import Registration Certificate). 11. Up to date valid ABC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License (FY 2026-27). 12. The intending Tenderer must enclose valid VAT & TIN Registration Certificate, up-to-date Trade License & up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate. 13. All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Section-6 of e-tender documents must be fulfilled.
