General Experience:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be five (05) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
Specific Experience:
The minimum experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous organizations, or Electricity Companies under Power Division of at least 2 (two) contracts successfully completed within the last 10 (ten) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. The total value of those two (2) contracts must be at least Tk. 10 Crores and one of the contracts must have a minimum value of Tk. 7 Crores.
The above contracts should meet the criteria mentioned below;
(i) The scope of each contract shall have the installation, testing, and commissioning of an extension/renovation/new construction of at least one (1) bay at a voltage level of 220 kV or above.
(ii) At least one (1) of the above-mentioned contracts shall be in successful operation for a minimum of One (01) year counting backward from the tender submission deadline.
All of the above experiences shall be supported by end user’s certificates in their letterhead indicating their address, official email, telephone & fax number and details of project (i.e. voltage level, completion period, commissioning date/commercial operation date, Contract value). If required further documents regarding the contracts may be requested for additional review.
