(must be following the proper prescribed format) 3) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 10.00 Lac. (Bank statement is not allowed under any circumstances) 4) Bill will be paid in accordance with fund availability.. 5) The tenderer must visit the Construction site before tender submission. 6) If excessive less is given, a rate analysis will be requested from the bidder after the opening in the format provided. 7) Other criteria are stated in TDS & PCC
