i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the yearly lift operations and maintenance works as Contractor shall be at last Five (5) years. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT).
ii) The minimum specific experience of similar yearly lift operations and maintenance works certificate of at least One (1) contract of similar nature having lift operations and maintenance works successfully completed under public sector of Bangladesh within the last Five (5) years, with a value of at least Tk 8.00 lakh only. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT).
iii) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 5.00 lakh in the last Five (5) years.
iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 11.00 lakh only.
v) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk 7.00 lakh only.
vi) Up-to-date Trade License.
vii) Up- to-date Income Tax, VAT and TIN certificate.
viii) Up-to-date ABC/ BC Category of Contractory & Supervisor license.
ix) The Tenderer should be an authorised sole agent / distributor / supplier of the specified lift spare parts determined by site visit.
