Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the TDS. 2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. 3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature of Works successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk 1.60 (One point Six Zero) Crore in a single work order/tender in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh in standard work completion format attached in eTD. 4. The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (Five) years of Tk 2.00 (Two) Crore. Payment Certificate(s) must be submitted as evidence of turnover. 5. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer as mentioned in ePW3-7 shall be Tk 1.25 (One point Two Five) Crore. 6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 2.00 (Two) Crore. 7. The Tenderer must submit with Tender : a. Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid VAT Registration Certificate, ABC Category Contractor License & Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB. b. The Tenderers must submit work completion certificates & contract agreement of all completed and on-going works. c. Deduction of VAT & IT shall be deducted from bill payment as per NBR instruction. All Necessary supporting documents and certificates must contain a valid email ID & Phone Number otherwise the Tender will be summarily rejected.
