A. Experience: Must have a minimum of 3 (three) years of prior experience in producing magazine programs (Copies of necessary documents supporting experience must be submitted).

B. Manpower: Must ensure the recruitment of skilled manpower with practical experience (Necessary documents supporting experience must be submitted).

C. Financial Capability: The yearly turnover of the firm must be at least Tk. 1 (one) Core. Additionally, the minimum amount of liquid assets, i.e. working capital or credit line(s), must be provided. 

Producing quality video documentary on significant activities of Bangladesh Coast Guard.

A. Equipment: State of the equipment must be used in magazine program production (A detailed description of the required equipment must be attached).

B. Appointment of Director: A director with practical experience in producing this type of program must be appointed (Necessary supporting documents must be submitted).

C. Preference: Preference will be given to those with experience in producing magazine programs related to the Armed Forces/Law Enforcement Agencies (Necessary supporting documents must be submitted).

Must have an established film production house.

Must have a professional film editing and color grading panel.

Must have Comprehensive graphic design capabilities.

A shortlist of firms will be prepared upon evaluation of EOls of the eligible applicants and "Request for Proposal document will be issued in their favour. Firms/ Production companies will be selected through the Quality and Cost Based (QCBS) method.Total duration of contract will be 03 Months or as required by BCG but must not cross February 2027.
