Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The firm must have a minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in the ICT sector. Please submit relevant supporting documents. 2. The company and its proposed technical resources shall have demonstrable experience in development and maintenance using ASP.NET (versions 3.5 through 4.8.1), ASP.NET MVC (versions 2 through 5.3), ASP.NET Core, Microsoft SQL Server, and other related technologies. 3. The firm must have to provide details of up to 5 (five) of the most relevant projects/works involving similar technologies, completed for the Government of Bangladesh, the private sector, or any international development partner. 4. Submission of any fraudulent or forged documents will result in immediate disqualification of the bidder.
