a) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works. b) Having experience as a prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of construction work in similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology whose value is at least of Tk.80 (Eighty) lakh in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years. c) The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (five) years of Tk.150 (One Hundred and fifty) lakh supported by payment/completion certificates of construction works. d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.80 (Eighty) lakh. e) Any other eligibility mentioned in Tender Data Sheet.
